Royal Stafford English earthenware is dishwasher safe. Please follow our ideal earthenware care guidelines to ensure prolonged use of life.

  • Wash with washing-up liquid and a gentle sponge
  • Clean as soon as possible after use or pre-soak to prevent food from sticking
  • Allow earthenware to air dry where possible
  • Avoid rapid temperature changes
  • Avoid abrasive scourers, such as steel wool and pads
  • Avoid corrosive cleaning materials
  • Avoid soaking earthenware for long periods

Due to the manufacturing process and its organic composition, earthenware is
sensitive to fluctuating temperatures. Even though earthenware is tough and
durable, it is still delicate and best handled with care.

At Royal Stafford, we take great care in packaging each delicate piece of earthenware, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition. Please consider your selections thoughtfully before purchasing to minimise the need for returns. However, we recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to return an item.

If you receive a faulty item or are dissatisfied, please contact the team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unsoiled and unwashed with all original labelling and packaging intact.

To ensure the safe return of fragile items, we recommend using protective packaging and marking the package with ‘fragile’ or ‘handle with care’. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Royal Stafford is not liable for the loss or damage of items during the return process. All rights reserved.
